Kabab Hindi
The flavor of this dish tastes just like our moms’ Arabic stews — Why it’s called “Hindi”? No idea… but the taste is unmatched!

For the kabab
- 400 g For the kabab: 400g minced beef
- Bunch of chopped parsley
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp seven spices
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp yogurt (يعطي قوام أحلى للكباب)
- Pine nuts optional (اختياري)
- 5 For the tomato sauce: 5 ripe tomatoes diced
- 2 onions thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp seven spices
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Alchemy
- Mix meat with onions, parsley, spices, and yogurt.
- Shape into small kababs and place on an oiled tray.
- Bake in a preheated 180° oven for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: sauté onions and tomatoes in olive oil.
- Add spices, broth, and paste; cook until slightly thick.
- Add the kababs to the sauce and let everything cook together.
- Garnish with pine nuts & parsley.
- Serve with rice.
