Sana’s Alchemy provides recipes, photographs, editorial content, and related features for informational and home-cooking purposes. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including as we introduce additional content or services.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use the site. If we later offer accounts or other registered features, you will be responsible for the information you provide and for keeping any login details confidential.

You may access the site, cook from the recipes, and share a link to a page. The recipes published here are, in general, versions of dishes that are already widely known. You do not need our permission to cook them.

You may not copy, imitate, or commercially exploit the Sana’s Alchemy name, logo, or the website’s design, layout, or user experience; scrape or clone the site in a way that reproduces that design; interfere with the operation or security of the site; or use the site in any way that is unlawful or harmful.

Our intellectual-property rights in this website are limited to the Sana’s Alchemy name, the logo, and the website’s design, including its layout, look and feel, and user interface / user experience (UI/UX). These elements are owned by Sana’s Alchemy and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We do not claim intellectual-property rights in the recipes themselves. You do not need written consent to use or cook from them.

These terms do not transfer any ownership of the name, logo, or website design to you.

If you submit a suggestion, idea, comment, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that material in connection with the site and our related activities. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

We are not obliged to publish, respond to, or retain any submission.

Recipes and related content are provided for general information and inspiration. They are not medical, nutritional, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, dietary needs, and safe food-handling practices. Results may vary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for allergic reactions, illness, injury, or other outcomes arising from use of the recipes or other content.

The site may link to third-party websites or platforms, including social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sana’s Alchemy and its operators, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
