Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large colored bell peppers
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 2 leeks
- 250 g button mushrooms
- 2 onions
- 250 g chicken breast
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
Chocolate Topping
- 50 g unsalted butter
- 100 g dark chocolate (I used 70% cocoa)
- 200 ml whipping cream
- Salt and pepper
Alchemy
- Finely chop the onions, leeks, and mushrooms.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
- Deseed the peppers, cut in half, and spray them with cooking oil.
- Heat the butter, add onions, leek, and mushroom, and stir for about 7 minutes.
- Add the chicken followed by the spices.
- Stir well until the chicken is almost cooked, then add the cream.
- Cook for another 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
- Fill the peppers with the chicken stuffing and add the cheese on top.
- Put them in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cheese is melted and browned and the peppers are tender.
